Application for 2025-2026 K1 admission starts from 1st September 2023. Application form can be downloaded from our school website or can be obtained in person at the school’s reception. Please complete and return the application form to our school as follows.
*Our school will provide English interpretation service to non-Chinese speaking parents. Non-Chinese speaker students and their Families will be fully supported
A.Notes about submitting application form
Starting from now, completed application form should be submitted in person with HK$40 application fee and the following documents:
•Completed application form with a recent photo of applicant
•A copy of birth certificate
•3 self-addressed envelopes (white envelop size 4.5” x 9.5”, with correct name and address of the applicant, a HK$4.4 stamp should be stuck on each envelope)
•Application Fee $40
Office hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 12:30pm
Closed on Sundays and public holiday
B.Interview arrangements:
1.Parent or care-giver is allowed to attend the interview with the child
2.Selection criteria:
i.The candidate’s overall performance, attention level, comprehension, communication ability, interaction with the others, and politeness, all at the discretion of the interview performance.
ii.Parenting styles and being in line with our school’s philosophy.
iii.With sibling(s) studying at our school.
iv.Either one parent or both parents are our school staff.
v.Proximity to school.
If the candidate is absent on the interview day (no matter due to sickness or any special reasons), and all the application fees cannot be refunded.
Notes:
1. If there is any vacancy after the “registration day”, we shall welcome new applications and arrange interviews accordingly.
2. Parents may check the K1 vacancy information of our school at the Education Bureau website from the end of January 2025.
3. For admitted students who have registered but cannot study at our school in September 2025, please inform us by written notice.
We shall then return the “2025/26 Certificate of Eligibility for the Voucher”, but the paid application fee will not be refunded.
